2 ripe bananas, cut into large chunks
1/2 cup almond milk or milk of your choice
3 tablespoons natural peanut butter, or almond butter
1/4 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Place all the ingredients in a blender or Vitamix and blend until smooth. Add a few ice cubes beforehand or place in the refrigerator to get cold.
The longer it sits the thicker it gets! The chia seeds and oats will infuse their natural fiber to do this.
