Spiced Pumpkin SmoothiePrint
Smoothies are a fantastic way to get a lot of nutrition in a glass. There are other benefits too. You can make double and bring it along with you to work. You can also feel good knowing you are having one of the healthiest snacks out there.
1 cup almond milk (make your own! Click HERE for my recipe)
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 medium banana (freeze it if you like to make the smoothie even thicker)
1 tablespoon maple syrup, more to taste
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch each nutmeg and cloves
1/2 cup ice
1. Place all ingredients in a Vitamix or blender, starting with the liquid first. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
